Allergen Statement

All products are prepared in a home kitchen not subject to inspection, that may also process common food allergies. All treats are prepared in a facility near peanut, tree nut, dairy and soy products. Please inquire about ingredient information and disclose any dietary needs before ordering.

Deposit Policy

Please Note: A 50% deposit will be due 24 hours after placing your order, for all orders totaling $25 and up. The deposit ensures the completion of your order and will go towards your order balance. The remaining balance will be due on the date indicated on your invoice. Orders will not be prepared if no deposit is received. Thank you for your cooperation!

Creative Control Policy

Baker’s Dream Dessert Company will assume creative control over the design aspects of an order, should that option be chosen by the customer. In order to avoid any potential circumstance of liability (ie: food allergies) and to ensure that our customers are satisfied with the goods that they receive, Baker’s Dream will NOT assume creative control over the choice of flavors of products for ANY order. We kindly ask that you help to support this policy by making sure to include product and/or flavor choices when placing an order through our site. Thank you for your cooperation!

Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that all treats are made to order. Cancellations can be costly, if you need to cancel your order, please do so 72 hours in advance if possible (your deposit will be refunded at this time). If you need to cancel your order less than 72 hours in advance, your deposit will be forfeited. To make changes to your order or cancel, please email us at bakersdreamdessertco@gmail.com, and be sure to include your name and invoice number in your email.

  • Due to the nature of the products we sell, all items are made to order. Your deposit acts as a down payment on your order. The deposit amount will go towards the overall total for the order. (See deposit policy)

  • We accept all debit and credit cards accepted by Square, Inc.

  • Yes! Delivery is an additional $10 (local orders only). Shipping costs start at $10 and may vary based on location. Pick up is always available at no additional cost.

  • A week's notice is preferred, but not required. Please keep in mind, the average turn-around time is 7 days.

  • Partial refunds are available for orders with issues regarding shipping (ie: broken items or damaged packaging). Full refunds are available at the discretion of Baker's Dream Dessert Company. (see cancellation policy)

  • All prompts and instructions on gift certificates must be followed. Please be aware that restrictions may apply, read all information on the gift certificate carefully.

    Once a gift certificate has been accepted, no further changes can be made to the order.

    A gift certificate will not be honored if the order is not in accordance with the provided instructions, or if it has expired.

  • To place a bulk order, please go to the Special Events page on this site. There, you will find all information regarding pricing for bulk orders. Once you are ready to order, go to the Order Here! page on this site and submit a form with the details for your order. An invoice will be sent to the email you provide.

  • Gluten free recipes are currently being developed and tested, however at the present time we do not provide gluten free items.
